Work! Well technically the last week of work.
After being in Westchester for about 18 months, I have decided to do some traveling. I'm leaving my post at the Jacob Burns Film Center to see the world a little and I'm moving to London in mid-December to see what life is like out there. I want to see new things, meet new people and to get a better understanding of who I am. It's not that I hate it here but I want to give myself the chance to try something new while I'm still young and not regret ever trying.
So as of next Monday I will be unemployed packing my apartment and moving my life into 2 suitcases which will be stowed nicely away in my aunt's home in London. I've started this blog so you all can have a general idea of where I am, what I'm doing and what I'm seeing. And of course to tell me to post more often. :) But lets start off simple. I'm leaving my job this week. I need to get my UK passport in order and my apartment as well. I need to pack up each room and get rid of stuff that I don't want. Seeing it written out is a little nerve wracking but lets get through Monday, shall we.
